A crisp, dry white wine of great quality, with citrus, pineapple and grapefruit flavours and aromas, with a hint of oak which adds a touch of complexity. ABOUT THIS WINE: This small property belongs to Giorgio Cavanna, who is also the owner of prestigious Castello di Ama DOCG Chianti Classico. The vineyard consists of 13.6ha of Semillon and 5ha of Sauvignon Blanc on a terroir of alluvial gravel, situated in Cerons, 20kms south of Bordeaux. SERVING: This wine would be perfect as an aperitif or try it with seafood and light meat dishes. You must be 18 or over to purchase this product.
